Bidding Opens Tuesday September 11th at 8 PM and LIVE CATALOG closing will begin Tuesday September 18th at 8 PM. This auction features a wide variety of estate goods, collectibles, vintage, MCM and antique furniture, decor, tools and much more! PLEASE NOTE: Our hold period for items is 11 days from the close of the auction. We need items removed from our facility in a timely matter due to space restrictions. If you cannot pick up during this timeframe, then please do not bid. Items not picked up by the 11th day will be considered abandoned and become property of Neils Disco & Furniture Co. with no refund given. This policy will be strictly enforced. PAYMENT POLICY: If you cannot make it for the Thursday- Sunday pick-up days, your credit card will be charged for your total invoice amount after Sunday pick-up time ends. Paid items not picked up within 11 DAYS of the close of the auction will become property of Neils Disco & Furniture and no refund will be given. If your card on file is declined for any reason, you'll have until end of business day Monday to complete payment over phone or in person. If payment is not received by end of business day on Monday, your items will be forfeited and bidding privileges will be suspended.
